Eighty eager participants gathered at JPOT for a feasting to remember in the paper's annual food trail event hosted by Lianhe Zaobao's veteran food critic - Alan Ng 黄卓伦. The participants were treated to their choice of soup broth and a carefully prepared platter of steamboat specialties. For some who were on their maiden visit here, they were genuinely eager to create their personalised soup dips and try their hand at making some very unusual concoctions! The happy diners erupted in raucous cheer when their special treat of a "live" star garoupa  was revealed. JPOT would like to thank all participants and the LOHAS organising committee for making this event a most memorable one!
